HEALTH/PUBLIC SAFETY RULES
- For hygienic purposes and for the consideration of others, please don’t swim if you have active diarrhea, monthly period, open wounds, rashes and skin diseases.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Please wear proper swim wear in the pool and that includes infants.
- For your safety, diving, jumping, running or horseplay in the pools are strictly prohibited.
- To preserve the cleanliness of the surroundings and nature’s beauty, please pick up your trash and throw it in the proper waste bins.
- Keep pets on leash at all times and don’t bring them in the pool or pool area.
- Don’t forget to pick up your pets’ waste and dispose of them properly.
- You are responsible for your pets behavior and should be able to control aggression towards other dogs or guests.
- For your convenience the Anyap parking area is free of charge. Outside entities may charge fees.
- For everyone’s enjoyment of the fresh air and ambience of the nature park, smoking or vaping is not allowed within the premises. If you want to smoke please do so only in the designated area.
- Leave your valuables at home, the management shall not be responsible for any lost items.
- Parents and guardians, please take care and be responsible for the safety of your children. Watch them at all times.
- Children ages 13 and below should be accompanied by an adult at all times especially in the swimming pool areas.
- Any damages resulting from your improper use of the facilities and premises shall be charged to you.
- You can use designated barbeque areas for grilling.

- Please present an updated anti-rabies vaccination to ensure safety for every guest.
- For your convenience, the parking area is free of charge.
- You are required to rent a cottage or bench, if there are 3 or more people in your group.
- Hard liquor, illegal drugs, firearms and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited. We are so sorry, but any person found in possession of such items will be expelled from the premises without refund of entrance fees.
- For everyone’s enjoyment of the fresh air and ambience of the nature park, smoking or vaping is not allowed within the premises. If you want to smoke please do so only in the designated area.

Parking
- SUV vehicles are recommended to cross the river and navigate through some rough roads going inside the nature park . Once inside, Parking is free of charge.
- Park outside by the barangay area and take a 10-15 minute walk to the resort. There will be a parking fee imposed by outside entities.
Terms & Conditions
Introduction: These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our facilities and services, including but not limited to, any recreational or outdoor activities, such as hiking or swimming, that may be offered at our location. By using our facilities and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in any recreational or outdoor activity may be inherently risky and could result in injury, harm or even death. You assume all risks associated with using our facilities and services, including but not limited to, risks related to hiking, swimming, and other outdoor activities.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Goods: Our facility or Released Parties will not be liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that belong to the customers or visitors while on the premises. Customers and visitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, and facility will not be responsible for any losses incurred.
Release and Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive any claims or causes of action you may have against our facility, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors (the “Released Parties”) arising out of or in connection with your use of our facilities and services. This release and waiver of liability includes, but is not limited to lost or stolen goods, damaged items, or injuries/death.
Assumption of Risk and Responsibility: You acknowledge and assume the risks and responsibilities inherent in using our facilities and services. You agree to take all necessary precautions to protect yourself from harm and to comply with all the facilities’ rules and regulations.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, suits, or actions brought against them, including attorneys’ fees, expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our facilities and services.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and our facility and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
